Cannabis is and should be sui generis, tax free, treated as outside the regular economy as a safety net for all those who do not neet the bureaucratic criteria for human rights e.g. people who don't even speak the Slovene of their village. There should be at least one thing left standing as a monument to remind us we are human and not robots for money. Free quality testing could be made available using all the money not wasted on healthcare and bureaucracy. But they don't think like that, do they?
