Intro

Keeping fit in today's busy world is tough, especially if you're stuck at a desk all day. We all know how important it is to stay active and eat well, but finding the time and energy can be a challenge for even the most motivated people. One thing that can make a big difference in overall health is maintaining good testosterone levels and a strong antioxidant status. This blog explores a curious new study out of Iran that explored how an eight-week high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program and hemp (Cannabis sativa L.) seed intake affected testosterone levels in young men who aren't very active. Published in *Endocrine* (2024), this study gives us some great insights into how these approaches can improve our health.
