There’s a moment every time cannabis becomes “medically legal” that gets treated like the finish line.

Access expands. Doctors can participate.Patients stop feeling like criminals.

From the outside, it looks like medicine adapted. It didn’t.

Legalization is not integration, it’s… permission.

And permission doesn’t teach a physician how to use something they were never trained to understand.
