Dr C: Let’s start at the beginning. What role has appetite played in your health journey?

Appetite has been one of the most difficult parts of my life for as long as I can remember.

When I was 10, I was in a car accident that caused a spinal cord injury and internal bleeding. My stomach was one of the organs affected, and something changed after that. My appetite never really came back.
